·         Responsible for execution of the technical work plan for Sixth Framework Programme European Commission Information Society Technologies (IST) Project “@neurIST” (www.aneurist.org) with budget exceeding seventeen million euros.

·         Remotely manage a cross-functional international team of 60 individual contributors (including scientists, software and systems engineers, surgeons, radiologists) from 27 institutions (including  NEC, Phillips International, COOK and Oxford University) located in 12 countries. 

·         Oversee day-to-day operations of project work groups and track progress for interim project deliverables; co-authored process to ensure high quality deliverables.

·         Drive technical development of the @neurIST System; created and implemented development process to support complex network of interdependencies between multiple partners.

·         Contribute to administrative coordination activities including preparation of description of work, periodic and management reports, individual and collective budgets, effort and financial reporting.
